Shaping.
Shaping is the art of giving enough form to abstract ideas and visions to provide a definition for "what done looks like" for a future project, but not so much that it limits the creativity of the person who will do the work. Below, you can find the projects that I'm currently shaping.
Multi-Project Entrepreneurship
Brainstorming how to live the "multi-project life." Trying to systematize ways to come up with ideas / customers.
Problem.
I need to make a real effort to branch into a "multi-project" life.
Time Frame.

Solution.
The solution would look like having a list of customers and potential value props that I would find interesting to pursue, while also having a formalized process that I would use to go about generating ideas that clients might want.

Potentially could use ideationbootcamp.co as a resource for how to generate ideas.
No-Gos.
This would not necessarily be generating product ideas. It is a narrowing down of the scope of the customers that I would pursue.
Contemplation Journal - Community
Creating a journal for modern day contemplatives to guide them in their journey.
Problem.
I don't have a good line of sight into the community that would allow me to know their pains & desires, which would inform something that I would build.
Time Frame.

Solution.
Generate a customer journey map, along with the opportunity space and potential solutions that generate assumptions you can test.
Rabbit Holes.
May have to become involved in several different online and real-life communities in order to fully investigate this.

This does not mean that stuff has "shipped." This means that the connections to people who might be customers has been established.
Start a Distillery
A "COVID project" turned entrepreneurial. I need to spend the time clarifying the next steps in building the distillery
Problem.
I have a few problems that I could choose from for this cycle. I am still in the shaping process for which problem(s) will be the ones I address in the coming months.
